I am a dedicated branch manager in Tampa, Florida who happens to be the first person, in the country to originate a mortgage loan on a Portable Laptop  in 1993. I have been in the mortgage industry for nearly 30 years, and  I have closed nearly $1 Billion dollars of residential mortgage loans, from first time homebuyers ultizing both grants and bond programs, to multi million dollar ground up construction projects. I have been fortunate enough to lend in all 50 states. I use a consultative approach as one size doesn't fit all, Conventional, Jumbo, FHA and VA,  203K and Fannie and Freddie reno programs I have the knowledge and we have the expertise to seemlessly complete your mortgage approval on time , evertime.  I am an avid golfer and live music enthusiast, and live locally in the Tampa Bay area.
